February 27, 2013 - Nico Hobbies is changing the motor for the Mini Profile and Pocket Jet series of kits. We were unable to connect with Aexon this year when our stock of the trusted AX-1806N 2500kv motors ran out. We frantically started searching for a replacement motor, and found one in the EMP M2024 2400kv motor. This is the same motor sold by HeadsUpRC as the Firepower 250 Sport.
We have extensively tested this motor with the GWS4530 prop on a 3S 850 lipo and have found it to perform exactly the same as the AX-1806N. And the good news for you guys is that our cost per motor is less than the AX-1806N, and it comes with a prop saver built in, so the price of the motor itself will be lower, as well as the Power Package price!
